You Have To Have Vision

Even Oprah Does!

The latest buzz word at the moment or rather the latest buzz thing, seems to be the Vision Board. My girlfriend and I have been doing it for quite some time but after appearing on Oprah it seems that everyone just can`t get enough of their vision board.

A vision board helps to give you direction in life and allows you to stay focused on your goals and what you would like to achieve.

The important thing is that you need to put thought and effort into it and if and when you do the dividends can be fantastic. For me I went through some magazines looking at a range of different pictures, things from, places, to holiday destinations, to exercise routines, to  simply beautiful things.
